Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At VerviStore, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Replacement Eligibility

We accept replacement requests only in the following situations:

  • Product received damaged or broken
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing product(s) in the package

To verify and process such requests, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not provided for damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
  • Eligible claims will receive a replacement of the affected product.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be processed.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure fair claim verification, please record a continuous unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The complete unpacking process
  • The product clearly visible
  • Any damage, defect, or discrepancy identified

The video must be recorded without cuts or edits.

How to Request a Replacement

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product:

  1. Share your Order ID.
  2. Provide your registered mobile number.
  3. Upload at least 2 clear photographs of the product.
  4. Attach the complete unboxing video.
  5. Email all details to vervistore@gmail.com

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Quality, Size & Product Issues

If you experience a quality-related concern after delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Our support team may request the product to be sent to our warehouse for inspection.
  • A Quality Assessment (QA) will be conducted.
  • Based on the assessment, the product may be repaired or replaced.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available for quality or warranty-related claims.
  • Only repair or replacement services will be provided where applicable.

Processing Time

Once all required information has been received, please allow 24–48 business hours for review and processing.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Claims raised beyond the specified reporting period may not be eligible.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
  • Replacement products are not eligible for refunds.

Terms for Replacement Requests

  • Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Missing, damaged, or incorrect products must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
  • Requests made without supporting evidence may be declined.
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement product only.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • If a shipped order is cancelled or refused during delivery, applicable shipping charges will be deducted.
  • Promotional, festive, clearance, and special-offer products are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Shipping charges, COD charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
